I recorded two of my talks at the annual meeting of the American Historical Association in Washington, D.C., January 2008. The first one is the presentation I gave at the pre-conference workshop on the intersection of teaching, research, and new media. The second one was a presentation about the 1989 project that we are working on. The shell of this project is up and many of the resources are now public. The full beta version of the site will be up and available sometime in the late summer. So, if you just can’t get enough of listening to historians talk about their work, give either or both of these podcast files a listen and tell me what you think. They are audio captures using an iTalk plug in with a MemoMic microphone attached to my iPod nano.
